Náplň práce

• Handling of all existing internal communications activities and channels like information e-mails, intranet, chats, all hands meetings or internal celebrations.
• Close coordination with Operations/Office teams, communicating internal rules, policies, and directives, or daily happenings in the HQ office.
• Coordination with product teams before regular internal product update presentations; creating and upkeeping an archive of these sessions.
• Intranet content management: creation, updating, general maintenance and idea-making. Creating employee events pages with information and archives. Managing a cross-team calendar - exhibitions, conferences, webinars, free learning, employee events.
• Further development of internal communications infrastructure across global offices in EMEA, APAC and Americas including setting up new tools and formats of internal communications.
• Collaborating with HR team members in creating and communicating a global attractive employer brand by developing content for website, social media, events, recruiting platforms etc.
• Plan, arrange, and execute HR marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation. Assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Evaluate and launch new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies.
• Being an ambassador for the unique Innovatrics culture, driving employee involvement and engagement and fostering the company’s values through adequate communication, events and dialogue formats.
• Handling of sustainability-related projects with focus on students' community engagement, sponsoring.

Požadavky

• University degree
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of internal communications and employer branding in global organizations
• Proven experience in the development and implementation of internal communication strategies as well as handling of different communications channels including digital formats and new technologies
• English language skills (C1/C2)
• Very good writing / editing / reviewing and storytelling skills
• Strong project management and event organization skills
• Basics with graphics, aesthetic sense, active work with the graphic side of branding
• Multimedia experience (video, podcast) - nice to have, highly appreciated
• Experience in the software / tech industry is a plus
