Náplň práce

💡 Your main day-to-day duty will be maintaining & extending the analytical infrastructure while working on ad-hoc analyses and business intelligence reports for our product teams and management.

Ad-hoc analyses
Providing ad-hoc analyses for our management / product teams. This most often includes performance evaluation of a newly launched feature or marketing activity. Usually, you will need to grab appropriate data from our database (Internal DB (MongoDB, MySQL) → Google BigQuery) or a 3rd party tool (GA, GA4, UA, Google Search Console, ...), process it and get it into the context with our marketing/business objectives.

Data layer maintenance
If we are missing particular data, we expect from you to bring us a solution how we could track it. Then, (if needed) with help of our development team, you will be responsible for delivering the final technical solution.
You will make sure that we monitor everything what we need and the data is accurate. You will also make sure that our recurring processes for retrieving KPI / and other recurring report data are up-to-date and accurate.

From-scratch setups
There can occur some situations where we need to build a part of analytical infrastructure from scratch. In such cases, you will be responsible for the whole process. We expect from you to design a solution and manage / drive the implementation (together with the product/dev teams).
We expect deep hands-on involvement from your side.

At itrinity, we strive to become even more data-driven company.Therefore we want to:

  • measure and evaluate every marketing activity and channel,
  • have real-time view into the most important KPIs,
  • evaluate newly deployed product features (and throw them away if they fail to get the expected usage),
  • perform and evaluate a LOT of A/B tests (pricing pages, motivators / upsells, onboarding flow, emailing, PPC landings),
  • be able to spot interesting correlations in our data & better understand our customers - how they use our products and what motivates them to pay more,

👉 And we want to do all of this for our 4 global SaaS products (while 5th is on the way).

Must have
Data Collection & Storage: hands-on experience with analytical/tracking/data stack from Google (GA, UA, GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads, eCommerce Tracking).
- analysis and organisation of raw data,
- building data systems and pipelines,
- identifying opportunities for data acquisition,
- combining raw information from different sources,
- exploring ways to enhance data quality and reliability,
- setting up all the necessary tracking pixels,
- setting up & maintaining basic GTM/GA events,
- You will understand and optimize what kind of data we actually collect and what are their limitations.
Data analysis: Strong hands-on experience with SQL + BigQuery dialect
- Understanding and ability to compute SaaS metrics like ROI, PNO, ROAS, CAC, CPA, etc.
- Ability to comprehend complex data schemes and product specifics.
- You will define & implement the best way to query the data for the various insights/reports we need - given the specific structure and limitations of our data.
Data Presentation: hands-on experience Google Data Studio or other real-time data-presentation.
- You will implement, maintain and extend a set of prepared real-time reports across our products.
Soft skills:
- Ability to take responsibility and own your decisions, while being open to make mistakes and learn from them.
- Ability to self-manage and organise - many of your tasks will be your own agenda.
- Ability to say “I don’t know”, being open-minded and eager to learn.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python, R for advanced data processing / segmentation.
  • Experience with AI/ML for predictive modelling.
  • Data engineering certification (e.g IBM Certified Data Engineer).
  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master’s.
  • Document-first approach → to document how things work and some useful tips for “future generations”. 🙂
