We are searching for a project manager with growth mindset having experience in leading remote/virtual teams according to standardised agile frameworks (kanban/scrum...).

Your responsibilities/accountabilities will be:

• Setting up of virtual teams according to our standards
• Managing virtual teams to execute the services and deliver the outcome
• Taking care of finances for the entrusted projects
• Communication with clients (mostly asynchronously)
• Simply, everything that needs to be done in order to deliver the projects

We’re searching for you, if you:

• Are able to get things done
• Have experience in management of virtual team/remote workers - ideally according to agile standards
• Understand digital marketing - you won't be creating strategies or execute them directly but you should understand the stuff
• Are an easy-going person with startup mindset - loving growth of companies 🚀
