The role

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager with great organisational skills and passion for getting things done.

With our focus being on the B2B tech brands, we are looking for people drawn to this landscape, who have knowledge of the industry and a deep interest in how it operates. You’ll be excited at the opportunity to join and influence a young and ambitious agency, with a growing list of B2B clients based in Ireland and around Europe.

In general you love getting things done for the clients on time, within the agreed scope and budget. You are comfortable with daily project management and you are able to brief other team members on what needs to be done and manage teams in terms of timelines.

You have experience in managing marketing tactics and activities. If you know your way around Hubspot or some other marketing platform, that’s a great bonus.

You’ll have experience. Preferably in B2B marketing specifically, ideally on the agency side but both of these are nice-to-haves rather than essential.

A positive can-do attitude and excellent project management skills on the other hand are essential. You're focused on solutions and enjoy multi-tasking.

Under your watch, client work gets done on time, within the agreed scope and on budget. You’ll ensure the client and the team inhouse both know what’s going on, why and when. You enjoy building a rapport with clients and be accountable for their happiness.

Clients will love you because you ensure that we get work done and done well. We in the agency will love you cause you make clients happy and help the team do good work on time.

Essential Qualities

• Project management superstar. Strong organisational skills.
• Digital marketing background / knowledge & experience, ideally agency side.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal mandatory - interpretative dance optional)
• Proficient in English - you really need to have great English - you need to be able to understand native speakers, speak and write fluently so you can communicate with the clients and the rest of the team.
• Great attitude, no job is too big or too small
• Obsessive attention to detail
• Collaborative nature and a passion to improve
