We are looking for a very well organized and punctual individual with great attention to detail to join our growing operations team. Someone who has a process-oriented mindset to ensure always-on-time quality delivery and knows how to make things happen. You will be closely working with the legal team, contributing to our goal to provide the best customer experience possible.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, file and organize legal documentation
• Providing information to both regular and new clients
• Communication with team members and clients to ensure on time delivery
• Monitor deadliness and help with ad hoc administrative tasks

What experience/skills will you need
Exceptional discipline and reliability with an eye for detail is a must
A process-oriented mindset with good task management and critical thinking
Fluent English in speaking and writing
