We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social media community manager who will help us to implement ableneo's social media and community management strategy. Who will also look after further evolution of the brand identity. You will cooperate with ableneo team to make sure your soc. media communication and community management is clear, fine-tuned, and following our tone of voice.

Working in freelance mode, expected 0,5 - 1 day/week.

Your duties:

• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies
• Work closely with marketing team to create visual social media content for organic and paid social campaigns
• Cooperate on content - engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts with marketing, graphic designer, copywriter and other stakeholders ...
• Moderate, listen and engage regularly with our social media and community members across various platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website...... and to provide them with any support and resources they need.
• Codevelop an enhanced employee advocacy strategy, identifying and working closely to build influential team profiles across social media to drive engagement for company initiatives

What we expect:

• Avid user of social media across key channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook...
• Clever and compassionate communication skills across multiple soc. media channels.
• Creative mindset, with proven experience creating and executing organic and paid social media campaigns, across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram... with proven improvement of brand awareness, engagement and leads.
• Strong analytical skills, able to report and optimise campaigns based on data.
• English speaker, with excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Experience in the IT industry is a an advantage
