account management: our services are used by hundreds of businesses all over the world and we need you to ensure everything they expect (and more) is provided in a timely, professional and friendly manner. From setting up and optimizing our tech on their web (with the help of our tech team), to ad-hoc requests and long-term relationship building, you will be responsible to keep our clients satisfied and the cooperation prospering.

growth opportunities: as our clients' needs grow, so do our services. You will be identifying any and all business growth opportunities for our existing accounts and actively contacting them to make sure the relationship is as mutually beneficial as possible.

internal cooperation: cooperation with our tech, sales and other teams on a daily basis to provide a top-notch customer experience.

Previous experience: at least 1 year of previous account management experience in a similar environment
