Job description

Community Admin and Analyst is responsible for data administration and analysis of HR/event concerning data.
The role is responsible for career site maintenance, daily work with WordPress, Glassdoor, and other Employer Branding data tools. The Community Admin and Analyst will also evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of Kiwi.com hiring activities and recommend further improvements.

Job responsibilities:

  • Glassdoor and other 3rd party sites visibility management.
  • Jobs.kiwi.com and other HR and community websites maintenance and interconnection.
  • Research on what’s going on in the IT world, in communities, and in our R&D department internally (e.g. socio-economic situation).
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of Kiwi.com hiring activities and recommend what we as a company should focus further on.
  • Collect and evaluate data about our standing in employer branding rankings.
  • Keep our database of community influencers and partners updated.
  • Update our internal database of active Kiwis.
  • Cooperate with HR and other teams regarding various Employer Branding activities.
  • Administrate Community team tools JIRA, Confluence, and Slack spaces.
  • Administrate Community team public repositories (Youtube, Kiwi.com public experts).

Requirements

  • Have experience with WordPress.
  • Are experienced in conducting active research, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Have experience with events administration (keep budget, contacts list, follow-up actions…) from work or university projects.
  • Have advanced experience with spreadsheet tools (Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel).
  • Have at least a basic overview of IT technologies.
  • Are experienced in CRM administration, which is a big plus.
  • Are fluent in English (oral and written).
  • Have experience with Data Studio, Power BI, Tablo, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Have experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Have a focus on details, analytical mind, technical mindset (can easily adapt to use new software).
  • Are good at time management, prioritization.
