JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
• Close cooperation with the management of the company in Slovakia and Poland
• Be a marketing team member that communicates on social networks, via PR, TV advertising, print media, etc.
• Administration of the e-shop in Polish www.kompava.pl
• Communication with the external agency in charge of Google Ads, data collection, and SEO.
• Cooperation with the Slovak online marketing department on improving web optimization, creating various actions and campaigns
• Cooperation with the commercial and graphic department in campaign planning
• Management of online communication channels (social networks, newsletters, chat)
• Management of Polish search engines, e.g. Allegro
• Communication with influencers, their coordination, analysis, and evaluations
• Communication and assistance to website customers with orders, passwords, requests, etc.
• Active participation in creative and product meetings
• Determination and controlling marketing KPIs, monitoring the performance of individual channels.

REQUIREMENTS:
Previous e-commerce experience is welcome. We need a colleague who can be independent and proactive.
Since it is a Polish market, we are looking for a colleague who primarily and natively sings Polish and communicates in English or Slovak. (that with us)
We need to have an authentic experience with as many tools and areas as possible:
• Google environment - Ads, Analytics, SearchConsole, Tag Manager, Data studio
• Social networks: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Business Manager
• Polish search Allegro, comparator Ceneo
• SEO, link building
• Brand and product campaigns - creation management, planning, evaluation
• Be able to prepare simple graphic materials in any graphics program
• Controlling CMS (WordPress, Prestashop...) is an advantage for quick adoption
• Knowledge of nutrition is welcome
