Job description

Sudolabs is growing at a rapid pace, in the past 12 months we grew more than 130% in both team & revenue. This also comes with a different set of new challenges and that’s why we’re establishing a new Strategy & Operations team. This team will solve cross-department friction through well-defined processes, structure & data. It will also play the operational role to support key initiatives & scaling while working closely with the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Identify procedural gaps in existing workflows and work to resolve them with optimization, automation, and data
  • Translate practical needs into technical and/or business requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and make changes to improve the business
  • Support the creation of prepared materials (documents, decks, reports) for the CEO
  • Determine long-term owners outside of the Strategy and Operations team for initiatives and tasks. Partner with future owners to ensure that ownership and responsibilities are understood and agreed upon.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior counterparts throughout the business
  • Identify friction points, help design & implement processes across multiple departments within the company
  • Readiness to partner directly with the CEO on high-priority initiatives
  • Support the creation of prepared materials, content, and programs
  • Identify, implement, and operationalize high-impact strategic initiatives and independently lead execution on diverse strategic projects. Partner with other teams across the company to drive operational scale and efficiency through exploration, definition, launch, to post-launch measurement, and optimization of various business initiatives and priorities
  • Perform analysis and research to inform growth decisions, prioritize opportunities, run scenarios analysis, and define metrics that measure the success of the initiatives
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers across various functional organizations to gain a deep understanding of their needs, gaps, and opportunities

  • Assist with financial planning & analysis
  • Understand business plan, metrics & KPIs
  • Adjust existing or define new processes that are necessary for monitoring the plan

Requirements

  • Strong business acumen and application of company priorities
  • Experience making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and technical communicator
  • Demonstrated ability to take a project from ideation through to implementation
  • History of working cross-functionally to move projects forward
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment and bring clarity to ambiguous problems
  • Structured, curious, analytical, and investigative thinker
  • Familiarity with the industry is a plus
  • Experience at a strategy consulting firm is a plus
