As a Marketing and Sales Analyst you will support marketing development from the analytics perspective across YIT’s countries of operation. You will work within the Customerships and Living Services function in YIT's Housing segment. The immediate team focuses on YIT's Housing marketing and brand development, customer experience, data-driven digital marketing and customer insight among other things. You will also be working closely with YIT's data team as well as all countries' marketing representatives.

Responsibilities:

• You will support marketing development from the analytics perspective using common solutions and tools

• You will work with analysis of websites and online campaigns

• You will support collection and analyze customer insight data for business development purposes

• You will maintain and create dashboards for business needs and collaborate with business users to provide necessary data insights

• You will be leading YIT’s predictive marketing development

• 3 or more years of experience with online marketing and sales analytics

• 3 or more years of experience with website analysis

• Advanced skills with Google Analytics

• Experience in implementing A/B tests of websites and online campaigns

• Advanced skills with Google Tag Manager and Google Cloud Services

• Capabilities on working with data visualization tools

• Capabilities on working with data pipeline tools

• Skills on collecting quantitative data and drawing conclusions for decision making

• Ability to address business challenges with an agile and growth hacking mindset

• Excellent English language skills
