We are GymBeam, the fastest growing e-commerce project with sports nutrition, clothing, accessories and healthy food in Central and Eastern Europe. Náplň práce

What is waiting for you in this role?

  • very unique role with very high responsibility - overseeing extensive and complex performance online campaigns across various platforms - with total budgets over € 4.000.000 yearly. One of the biggest online marketing budgets managed in Slovakia
  • working on massive automation tools and smart bidding strategies to keep our ads costs within given marginROI targets
  • working on full automated campaigns powered by feeds and margin bidding
  • tracking and evaluating performance, budgets and content of accounts/campaigns under reports in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio connected with BigQuery (and in other advanced analytical tools, including use of BI / Big Data tools)
  • creating and optimizing campaigns in 14 countries (mainly in Google Ads)
  • identifying opportunities, driving tests of new ad features and formats
  • linking performance marketing to overall sales performance and trends on each market, adjusting to market needs and overall business targets.

Požiadavky

Assumptions and recommended knowledge

  • minimum of 2 years experience as PPC specialist (Facebook and/or Google Ads)
  • budget management experience at least several thousand Euro / monthly
  • good knowledge of Google Analytics
  • experience with automated bidding strategies in Google Ads or Facebook
  • mindset or direct experience in automation within ad platforms
  • passion for performance marketing
  • communicative English.

Preferred and very welcome

  • IT background / tech-savvy
  • experience with Google Tag Manager, PPC Bee, Google Ads scripts, Mergado, Boosterberg, Data Studio, Big Query or other tools, which are common in performance marketing
  • basic understanding of SQL, HTML, XML and regex expressions
  • basic knowledge of attribution in online marketing.
