We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager that will help us boost and nourish what we are the best at – our customer success!

What will you do?

• You will be actively working on creating the CSM strategy of the whole team
• Coming up with new ideas and approaches in upsell / upgrade processes
• Delivering experiments to make the CSM team work in line with PLG strategies
• You will be in constant contact with our clients. You will be responsible for their onboarding, as well as nurturing the relationship throughout their whole life cycle
• You will be also overlooking our churn and making sure it always stays on its lowest numbers :)
• On top of this, you will be accountable for closing the deals and bringing new inbound approaches

Do you have what it takes?

• At least 2 years experience as Customer Success Manager
• You have experience with CRM system and Pipeline Management Software
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• You keep your head cold in all situations
• You have an opportunity to become the Head of CSM, therefore leadership experience is very welcome
