• CX performance reporting, methodology & CX metrics calculations
• Monthly dashboards of CX performance for clients
• Calculating impacts and relations between CX performance and business / financial performance
• Open analysis of customer data with identification and interpretation of relations and correlations
• Designing simple CX survey questionnaires based on defined business needs
• Preparation of formal readouts to clients

PC skills:

• Excel
• PowerPoint

Language skills:

• English - fluent

Education level:

• University – suitable for student, 2 years finished at least
• Technical or economical field of study preferred
