Náplň práce
- CX performance reporting, methodology & CX metrics calculations
- Monthly dashboards of CX performance for clients
- Calculating impacts and relations between CX performance and business / financial performance
- Open analysis of customer data with identification and interpretation of relations and correlations
- Designing simple CX survey questionnaires based on defined business needs
- Preparation of formal readouts to clients

- University – suitable for student, 2 years finished at least
- Technical or economical field of study preferred
