Hi there 👋

It's Laura, Michaela, and Michal here. We're a marketing team in Sudolabs - yep, just the three of us.

So far our social media content strategy was more or less fully focused on building an attractive employer brand and supporting recruitment activities. Miška was (and still is) responsible for this, but she would like to take on a new challenge - help the sales department to boost our brand also toward potential clients and focus on our marketing presence in the US market.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who will continue what Miška started and at the same time will take our employer branding to the next level. 🚀

Throughout your role, you will be responsible for developing and improving Sudolabs Employer Branding and spreading the word about us on social media. Understanding our target group - potential Sudolabs employees (most often, we're talking about software engineers 🧑‍💻) and creating content that attracts them will be the key to success. Together with our HR team and engineering managers, we will develop MKT campaigns focused on hiring, as well as brainstorm killer ideas to get the attention of the right people.

🎯 Agenda

Content creation and planning:

  • create a monthly content plan on all social media accounts and keep an eye on deadlines/content delivery in case you cooperate with other team members,
  • deliver high-quality and engaging content - prepare designs (we use Figma), write copies (in ENG), prepare photo/video content (cover content creation from end-to-end, we post 3-4 times a week),
  • brainstorm new and creative growth strategies,
  • post daily ad hoc post (time-sensitive events),
  • cooperate and inspire team members in Sudolabs to take part in marketing efforts,
  • watch marketing and social media trends and apply them,
  • perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences,
  • according to analytics create or adjust the content (web and social media analytics),
  • measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals,
  • write easy blog posts (summary of retreat, interviews with our team members, and so on - check out the link for examples),
  • help with campaigns ideation and set-up,
  • set up paid ads on various social media including LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, and possibly others,

  • initiate and take part in brainstorming sessions regarding marketing campaigns focused on hiring,
  • work closely with HR and engineering managers in order to better understand our target group (software engineers) and adjust content accordingly.

Above mentioned things will be your daily bread and main priority. Yet, we still expect a proactive approach and occasional assistance with activities out of your scope. There are plenty of activities that are rather random, but we always agree on the team who will take care of them according to our capacities and preferences.

Ad-hoc agenda:

  • company merch creation,
  • assistance with external and internal events,
  • assistance with more complex video/photo production.

Požiadavky

  • proven working experience in digital/social media marketing (1-2 years in a similar position),
  • excellent English in written and spoken form (we communicate purely in English on social media),
  • experience with design tools (ideally Figma, but other tools are welcomed as well),
  • demonstrable experience in Facebook Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads,
  • experienced with content publishing / 3rd party tools (currently, we use Kontentino),
  • basic knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions,
  • know the basics of photo editing (for social media purposes),
  • portfolio - show us your achievements.
