Náplň práce

We are looking for a driven Employer Brand Building & Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted communities for PwC Slovakia and network users.
The goal is to gradually achieve appropriate messages to target audience and website traffic.


  • Planning, managing, and executing omnichannel employer brand campaigns to support talent and recruitment, PwC corporate culture, diversity and inclusion and other major initiatives;
  • Building content strategies and copy from scratch and implementing them to maximize visibility and impact, while identifying clear objectives and measurable KPIs that support the overarching Employer Brand strategy;
  • Execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification;
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to actions;
    Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content ;
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information;
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions;


  • At least 3 years of proven working experience in social media and online marketing with priority on LinkedIn and Facebook;
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo, text), presentation and communication skills;
  • Ability to understand the survey and write short articles about survey results;
  • Understanding of target audience for PwC in business and in recruitment process;
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development and SEO;
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability;
  • Fluency in English written and spoken (B2);
