In my previous role as a dedicated Social Media Manager and Email Marketer at Burton Czechia & Slovakia, I spearheaded the development and execution of comprehensive strategies in both social media and email marketing. With a keen eye for aligning campaigns with Burton Europe's branding guidelines, I effectively curated engaging content, established consistent posting schedules, and mentored the Burton CZ Team Riders, resulting in a remarkable 16% increase in engagement within a span of just six months. I am a student of bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology at IU International University of Applied Sciences. I am studying online, and therefore, my schedule is very flexible. Unlike traditional psychology studies, applied psychology courses take a hands-on approach, preparing you to become an expert in business, health, media, and communication psychology. I plan to focus my study on business - an understanding of innovative and modern leadership that inspires others to think ahead and act across sectors. That's because today, leaders are needed who not only give instructions but also create a framework in which others can innovate. I will also learn the concept of agility as a central aspect of corporate and team leadership and with agile concepts used in practice such as Scrum and Kanban.
