ABOUT GRATITUDE

Gratitude is a SaaS Solution powered by blockchain technology that helps producers to differentiate from their competitors by increasing the transparency of their production and telling the authentic stories of their products.

Gratitude tool helps to appreciate the hard work and effort the producers put into their products creation, especially those which are made ethically, fairly, sustainably, locally and transparently. Anyone scanning the Gratitude QR code on the product labels gets to know the traceable story of the product. Moreover, Gratitude Platform aggregates all transparent brands in one place!

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Head of Sales who can help ensure our customer growth. You’ll be leading the sales team and working closely with the marketing team to make sure the marketing is funneling the prospects to the sales team leading to meeting our sales targets.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and manage sales strategy implementation on chosen markets
  • Lead and develop the sales team
  • Set and monitor the KPIs of the sales team and the individual sales representatives in the CRM Hubspot tool
  • Gather the customer feedback and use data to track the performance on the individual markets
  • Work with our marketing team to ensure that sales opportunities are maximized
  • Manage a sales budget
  • Oversee all aspects of the customer experience journey. This includes initial
    engagement, onboarding and customer retention
  • Work with the IT team to continually improve the product based on customer feedback
  • Ensure our technical infrastructure for customer growth is fit for purpose, working closely with our IT team. - - - Procure and maintain tools that serve the company’s digital needs

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in selling a B2B SaaS solution
  • Experience with team leading and development
  • Experience with working with a CRM such as Hubspot
  • Experience in managing sales budgets and producing reports
  • Experience of translating data into actions, using insights from customer feedback and sales tools to achieve clear business objectives
  • English language skills are essential, other languages are a big advantage
