• Design, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies for our web applications, public-facing websites, landing pages, and internal tools, including performance, load, stress, and scalability testing.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases (manual and automated), regression suites, and smoke tests, while also developing clear documentation for test frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Perform exploratory testing, usability testing, accessibility testing, and cross-browser testing.
• Lead bug triage meetings, prioritize defects, and drive them to resolution with our engineering teams.
• Own the release quality gate, and give sign off when a product meets our quality standards from staging to production.
• Build and maintain automated testing suites using Cypress or Playwright.
• Set up and maintain test data, test environments, and CI/CD pipeline quality checks.
• Produce clear quality metrics dashboards for the leadership team.

• 3+ years of hands-on QA experience across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Proven track record of managing QA for 3+ products in parallel.
• Expert knowledge of test methodology: black-box, white-box, risk-based, exploratory, and non-functional testing.
• Strong automation skills in at least two modern frameworks.
• Solid experience with API testing and RESTful services.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GIT version control.
• Fluent English.
