• Lead teams of software engineers.
• Supervise the end-to-end delivery of software products and media web site projects from planning and architecture to implementation, testing, and production releases.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and QA, and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, prioritize backlog, and align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Ensure high code quality standards through code reviews, architectural guidance, automated testing, and best practices (CI/CD, DevOps, Monitoring).
• Drive technical decision-making on architecture, technology stack, and scalability.
• Build and maintain clear engineering metrics (velocity, quality, reliability, team health) and report them to leadership.
• Promote agile methodologies, and knowledge sharing across teams.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a people-management or technical-lead role.
• Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (React/Node.js, TypeScript, or similar stack) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple complex products or large features on time with high quality.
• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, microservices, databases, and system design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SRE practices (Git, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate engineers and align technical teams with business objectives.
• Fluent English.
