We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. This position will be based in our Bratislava office and will report directly to the head of marketing located at our headquarters in Marly, Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our group of companies, their products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a digital marketing expert or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
• Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
• Perfect knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Skills and experience in creative content writing.
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
