Boataround is looking for a Content Manager with experience in copywriting, language localization and digital content curation.
You will be responsible for creating, collecting and improving digital content as well as managing our in-house content team.

What is the role about?
• Your aim will be to boost Boataround collection of digital content from our partners and destinations
• You will oversee the quality of new content collection, delivery workflow and quality standards
• You will own and innovate our website content (text, pictures, videos) and drive website conversion rate through well-localized and easy-to-understand content.
• You’ll work with your team to reach our goal to be the world's #1 boat online booking web
• You will set and manage our content and team KPIs

• 3+ years of experience in digital content management, ideally in a B2C environment
• Demonstrated experience in transforming strategy into outcome - with a focus on consistent and continuous content creation, curation, and quality control workflows
• Experience in creating and/or coordinating the creation of digital assets: text, image, and video.
• Experience in content localization is a plus
• Attention to detail, you will be evangelical about the content quality we show to our users/customers.
• Excellent project and people skills
• A mindset to change and improve
• Fluency in English
• Strong copywriting skills in English
• Familliar with Google Analythics is a plus
