We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager who will work closely with our existing clients, ensure the successful delivery of projects, and systematically build long-term partnerships.

This role is not focused on cold sales or first-contact outreach. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customers continuously receive value from our solutions, projects are delivered with high quality, and opportunities for deeper collaboration naturally arise from real client needs and product usage.

Náplň práce

  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing clients and act as their primary point of contact
  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction with AUGLIO solutions
  • Coordinate client requests and tickets, including technical and integration-related topics
  • Take ownership of project delivery — scope, quality, and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, product, and support) to deliver client solutions
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction, ensuring continuous value delivery
  • Identify opportunities for account growth (upsell, cross-sell, expansion) based on real client needs
  • Run regular client meetings focused on progress, value delivery, and planning next steps
  • Maintain clear visibility over project status, risks, and reporting

Požadavky

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage both client-facing discussions and internal coordination
  • Experience with ticketing or project management systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of ownership, independence, and systematic work style
