Managing the systems and settings responsible for managing a fleet is not an easy task! The task of the Logistics Performance Analyst is to analyze the performance across the country based on the data points available to them, to develop proposals to solve the problem or to create a more efficient setup.

Since transportation is the basis of our operation, most of the decisions made in Logistics affect all other functions of the organization. Therefore, we rely heavily on communication skills to work harmoniously with everyone.

What is the job about?

We are looking for a data-driven person who has excellent analytical skills (Excel and SQL), wants to learn and is open to stakeholder management.

• Support Logistics as the company's most innovative division, comprehensive business consulting based on data analysis and reports
• Fine-tuning the software and systems developed by the core team that determine the day-to-day operations of the company
• Preparation of various forecasts, modeling tasks based on big data, preparation of decisions based on the collected information in order to make our service even more versatile
• Close cooperation with the company's partner departments (sales, account, HR, operations) and international teams in an extremely fast-changing business environment

What do we expect from you?

• University degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Structured, data-driven, analytical way of thinking
• High level knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, modeling practice
• Excellent use of English
• Strong communication skills and decisive action
• Nice to have: Python/R experience
