Your mission

• Web and App Management:
  Regularly review, deploy, and audit marketing assets on our website and app, including content, banners, and product assets. Create and optimise landing pages, upload blog posts (WordPress). Suggest website improvements based on customer behaviour analysis (Hotjar).
• Voucher Management:
  Oversee voucher creation, usage, and tracking for promotional activities.
• Collaboration:
  Collaborate closely with IT Development and genetics teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing operations and campaigns. Work cross-functionally with local marketing teams to set up campaign tests and track learnings.
• Data Support:
  Provide data reporting and support to the team for data analysis.
• Project Management:
  Offer project management support for various marketing activities, including campaigns, web properties, and special projects.
• Process Improvement:
  Contribute to process development and implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Campaigns:
  Be the owner of the CEE Marketing calendar and campaign planning sheet and work closely with local managers to maintain and update regularly. Monitor competitors and their marketing activities. Support with HubSpot emails

Personality requirements and skills

• +3 years of marketing experience, with project management skills being a strong advantage
• Strong planning capabilities with attention to detail
• An eye for detail and quality
• Process management experience is a plus
• Presentation skills
• Technical understanding and familiarity with various marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and native in Slovak or Polish
• Self driven and independent to take ownership of tasks from A to Z
