European Alliance for Innovation is a non-profit organization and is the largest European professional community, established in cooperation with the European Commission. EAI was created by leaders from industry, research, and policy making organizations to engage the global community with the shared goal of securing Europe’s future competitiveness through innovation.
Today, the objective is to empower the global research and innovation, and to promote cooperation between European and International ICT communities. By harnessing the potential of the ICT revolution, EAI engages the global community in all sectors of society to explore ways in which innovation in technology and business can benefit society at large.

Náplň práce

Job responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the growth of EAI conferences and publications, community development, building brand awareness and corporate relations;
  • Providing engaging (mostly written) content with focus on building brand awareness, new user acquisition and increasing user engagement in EAI's online tools and services,
  • Planning, creating and executing digital marketing campaigns using an appropriate combination of channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC, etc;
  • Collaborating with marketing, conference, and publications teams to help with community building, ensure brand consistency;
  • Staying up to date with the development of EAI’s online services and generate new ideas to acquire and engage users;
  • Editing and uploading content for EAI websites (includes proofreading, fact-checking, and layout/formatting maintenance using Wordpress);
  • Evaluating individual marketing communication efforts and making sure they are in line with the overall marketing strategy, and reporting campaign results on a regular basis.

Požadavky

  • Excellent writing skills in English (C1-level minimum is required);
  • Keen eye for detail and good analytical skills;
  • Autonomous thinking and ability to work hands-on and with limited supervision;
  • A strong focus on results;
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Wordpress, Mailchimp or similar digital marketing/content management tools (or ability to quickly learn using);
  • Experience using mainstream social media platforms professionally is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of professional platforms for researchers (Researchgate, Academia.edu) and experience working in a community based organization is an advantage;
  • Experience with graphic design (Photoshop or other photo editing programs and basic video editing) is an advantage;
  • Working experience min 1 year is an advantage
