The European Alliance for Innovation (EAI) is searching for a Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years experience to participate in international marketing activities.
Specific Job responsibilities include:

The candidate will be ask to work in close collaboration with the marketing team to:

• Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns using an appropriate combination of channels such as email marketing, social media, PPC, etc;
• Support the growth of EAI conferences and publications, community development, building brand awareness and corporate relations;
• Manage social media and email marketing campaigns (includes scheduling, segmentation, creating and editing the written content, formatting and visual layout);
• Evaluate individual marketing communication efforts making sure they are in line with the overall marketing strategy, and report campaign results on a regular basis;
• Edit and upload content for EAI websites (includes proofreading, fact-checking, and layout/formatting maintenance using Wordpress).

Requirements for the employee:

• University education (Bachelor's degree)
• University education (Master's degree)
  Educational Specialization: Marketing

Personality requirements and skills

• Excellent writing skills in English (C1-level minimum is required);
• Keen eye for detail and good analytical skills;
• Autonomous thinking and ability to work hands-on and with limited supervision;
• Experience using Google Analytics, Wordpress, Mailchimp or similar digital marketing/content management tools (or ability to quickly learn using);
• Experience with graphic design (Photoshop or other photo editing programs and basic video editing) is an advantage;
• Experience using mainstream social media platforms professionally is an advantage;
• Knowledge of professional platforms for researchers (Researchgate, Academia.edu)
