• Own the end-to-end development process
• Ensure smooth flow of work across analysis, development, testing and release
• Identify and address work queues, bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
• Refine workflow design, handoffs and delivery policies
• Manage and monitor work streams across the development organization
• Define and monitor delivery metrics such as lead time, cycle time, work in progress (WIP), throughput and flow efficiency
• Detect degradation in delivery flow and initiate improvement actions
• Monitor organizational dependencies and delivery risks
• Promote collective ownership and knowledge sharing across teams
• Facilitate retrospectives and feedback loops
• Facilitate value stream mapping activities
• Ensure the most valuable work is prioritized and delivered first
• Improve delivery predictability and transparency
• Align development operations with business outcomes

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, including analysis, coding or testing
• Strong understanding of software development processes and delivery lifecycle
• Ability to analyze delivery systems and identify improvement opportunities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• English level C1
• Slovak level C1
