We are looking for someone who doesn’t necessarily have to be a "total tech whiz," but who knows their way around the IT world and has natural leadership skills. Your main task will be bridging our Slovak projects with our second office abroad. If you have the drive to work and grow, we will gladly teach you the rest.

What will be your main asset?

The key to success in this position is fluent communication in Hindi or Urdu. Knowledge of the Slovak language is not required, but English is a must. You will use these languages on a daily basis to directly manage a team of graphic designers, developers, and partners in our Lahore branch. You will be their voice in our region and our leader for their work on both internal and client products for the Gecora brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communication and Management: You will be the liaison between the client (alongside other PMs on large projects, or directly with the client on smaller ones) and the technical team in Pakistan.
• Consultations and Brainstorming: Discussing products and needs with clients, which you will then translate into real solutions alongside IT consultants and the technical team.
• Coordination: Managing external suppliers (marketing, expansion) and aligning the client's vision with the team's technical capabilities.
• Project Execution: Creating price quotes (in the form of presentations) in collaboration with the IT consultant, defining tasks, and establishing realistic deadlines and timelines.
• Task Management: Creating wireframes based on client specifications, working in Linear—delegating tasks to developers or graphic designers and tracking their progress.
• Reporting: Regularly keeping clients and colleagues informed about the status of projects.

Your responsibilities will NOT include:

• Graphic design, programming, or other hands-on technical activities; you will be managing the people who do them.

• Language skills: Active knowledge of Hindi or Urdu (a strict requirement for communicating with the team in Lahore).
• IT overview: A basic understanding of technological processes (so you know what your team is talking about).
• Leadership: The ability to lead people, motivate them, and keep projects organized.
• Experience and drive: A desire to continuously improve and look for solutions, not obstacles.
• Ability to meet deadlines within realistic limits.
• Willingness to go the extra mile (self-education, gathering information, and networking even outside of work).
• Knowledge of English (Gecora is not only in Slovakia; many colleagues speak only English).
• Basic teamwork skills using tools like Jira, Discord, or FigJam.
• A basic understanding of the logic and flow in app development and web design, so you can confidently navigate what you are doing.
