• Design and implement a social media strategy across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest to align with business objectives;
• Create compelling content optimized for platform used that engages followers and drives conversions;
• Generate new ideas for social media campaigns and content initiatives that align with business goals;
• Track growth and engagement across various platforms and making data-driven decisions;
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message across all channels;
• Review and approve social media content created by other team members;
• Interact with customers on social networks to answer questions, solve problems and provoke discussion;
• Stay up to date on best practices and latest trends in social media.

• Min. 4 years of social media marketing experience;
• Slovak/Czech native & fluent in English;
• Additional marketing certifications are are a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices;
• Hands on experience in content management;
• The creativity to produce exciting and interesting content;
• Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management;
• Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform and targeted audiences;
• Able to balance data-driven decision-making and communications with a strong empathy for the customer and instinct for the market;
• Good communication (written, verbal, digital) and interpersonal skills;
• Teamwork and the ability to lead and motivate the team to produce high-level, brand-driven content;
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects while working on a deadline or in a fast-paced environment;
• A passion for the health industry and lifestyle.
