• Shooting videos across all countries on GymBeam YouTube channels;
• Working closely with the Head of Video, marketing specialists, and influencers to develop engaging video content;
• Editing videos based on specific format types and adhering to design guidelines (e.g., Fitness Academy, FitPoint) or using a more free-style approach (e.g., hero content);
• Ensuring content and edits achieve good performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR) and watch time;
• Maintaining high-quality content, composition, color grading, and sound design;
• Adapting content for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others;
• Ensuring all filming equipment is prepared and functioning correctly;
• Collaborating with local marketing specialists to ensure proper grammar in videos and thumbnails;
• Managing description and title translations for multiple markets;
• Editing photos for thumbnail images;
• Creating thumbnails with high click-through rates (CTR).

• Experience in video production and editing, preferably in a related field;
• Demonstrated ability to shoot high-quality video content across different countries and cultures;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in video and audio editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator;
• Medior-level skills in creating thumbnails, including photo editing and typography;
• Creative thinking and an excellent eye for detail in all aspects of video production and editing;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with influencers and team members;
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and work on various projects simultaneously;
• Flexibility to travel to different countries and work on location as needed;
• A general passion and interest in film, video editing, healthy lifestyle and fitness.
