• Can fully understand the whole SW project (code level, architecture, data work flows, 3rd party integrations)
• Is proactive / able to cover any backend development technology area
• Would like to use NodeJs, SQL / NoSQL, Git and Aws
• Follows the technology trends
• Follows micro service and event driven architecture
• Has top-notch programming skills, ability to produce quality code that is maintainable, efficient, reliable and secure
