We're looking for a Project Manager to take real ownership of how our projects get delivered.

Your main focus will be our Horizon Europe portfolio. You'll keep deliverables on track, manage timelines, coordinate consortium partners, and handle the reporting that keeps EU projects running smoothly. You'll also support our wider platform and public sector projects.

This role comes with real autonomy. Your work has a direct impact on whether our projects succeed.

Heads up: this role involves frequent travel throughout the year, mostly within the EU, for partner meetings, project sites, and events.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or EU-funded project management
• Excellent English, spoken and written. It's our working language with partners and on EU projects.
• Outstanding communication skills. You build trust with stakeholders and keep everyone aligned, even under multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and a calm head when priorities shift.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, mostly within the EU.
• Bonus: experience with EU-funded projects (Horizon Europe especially), grant reporting, smart cities, or IoT.
