What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our product management and development teams to enhance existing features and design new modules for Kontentino.

• User Analysis: Analyze user behavior and feature adoption to inform design decisions.

• Design Creation: Produce wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for both desktop and mobile platforms.

• User Experience Design: Craft the visual and functional user experience of the platform.

• Testing: Conduct tests of final designs with focus groups to gather feedback.

• Maintain Design System: Keep our design system up-to-date.

• Innovate: Bring fresh ideas and creativity to our design process.

• User Feedback: Generate positive feedback and love from our users through thoughtful design.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in creating UI/UX designs.

• SaaS Experience: Experience in designing for SaaS products is a huge advantage.

• Design Passion: You have an excellent sense of color, shape, and a passion for crafting designs that delight.

• UI/UX Expertise: You possess extensive knowledge of UI/UX design processes and methodology.

• Problem-Solving: You have a strong desire to understand and solve customers’ problems.

• User Research: You know how to plan and conduct user research and usability testing.

• Analytical Tools: Experience with tools like Heap, Amplitude, or similar is a plus.

• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma.

• Communication Skills: You can effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and design decisions.
