From social media content to instructional guides and event highlights, this role will be instrumental in shaping our visual identity and driving our video strategy forward. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on Luigi’s Box’s branding and storytelling while working within a creative and supportive team.

What you will do

• Produce videos for social media, including reels, stories, and posts.
• Create instructional videos and screen recordings to guide users through our application and features.
• Film and edit videos from company events and internal activities.
• Collaborate with team members to produce interviews, HR videos, and video invitations.
• Design and execute simple animations to enhance video content.
• Stay updated on video trends and incorporate fresh ideas to elevate our video presence.
• Utilize tools like AI (e.g., ElevenLabs) for voiceovers or other creative enhancements.
• Develop short, dynamic content, including highlights and behind-the-scenes clips from company activities.
• Brainstorm and pitch new video ideas to support marketing, HR, sales and product initiatives.

What we expect from you

• Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or others).
• Ability to create visually appealing, high-quality videos that align with our brand.
• Basic animation skills to add creative elements to videos.
• Experience in screen recording and creating video tutorials.
• Creativity and the ability to pitch new ideas to enhance our video strategy.
• Awareness of the latest video trends and tools to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work directly with team members to produce various types of videos.
• Self-motivation and attention to detail to ensure a polished final product.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Meet your team

You will be part of the marketing team. The team is led by Matej, who is our CMO, and the team consists of 15 internal people and many external contractors.

As a part of a product marketing team, you'll be working with your colleagues Rasto, Filip, and with the performance department led by Michal to ensure our video presence is covered.
