You’ll work in a small product team and be directly involved in product development — from innovation and idea validation to strategy and interface design. Our solution is used by more than a thousand clients and affects millions of users across various e-shops.

As our new UI Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for thousands of clients. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Design Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces of Luigi’s Box digital services.
• Improve and maintain the design system and its components.
• See your designs through to successful implementation — from concept through iterations to production (using the Double Diamond approach).

Design Consistency:

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Solid grasp of UX principles and best design practices.

User-Centric Design:

• Create intuitive, user-focused interfaces and reusable patterns.

Prototyping:

• Build low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for user testing.

Development Support:

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks is a plus to evaluate design feasibility and collaborate with developers effectively.

Team Collaboration & Communication:

• Take part in team workshops for complex tasks.
• Proactively gather information, ask questions, and clarify expectations.

Documentation & Planning:

• Maintain detailed design documentation.
• Plan your workflow effectively and deliver on time.

Tool Proficiency:

• Comfortable with Figma, Slack, Jira, and GSuite.

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years in a UI design role (digital or SaaS products).
• Native Czech or Slovak speaker.
• English (B2) for official communication and documentation.
