• Managing Contracts & Order Flow
• Triage client/advertiser inquiries
• Gathering Creatives from Clients
• Interfacing with external ad ops execution agency.
• Assist with Client Presentations & Post-Campaign Reporting

Position has set hours of Monday – Friday ( 2:30PM - 11PM CET) supporting the North American market.

• 3+ Years Experience in a Project Management Role
• 3+ Years Experience in Marketing/Media Oriented Role
• 3+ Years Experience in English speaking work environment (Supporting North America or UK business)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Profiency working with SAAS tools (e.g. Salesforce, Mailchimp, Smartsheets etc...)
• Verbal & Written English – Business Level of Fluency
• Ability to support in English Client Presentations

These Additional Skills Would Be A Plus

• Previous experience working in ad operations
• Experience with HTML, CSS
• Experience with Graphic Design (Photoshop or other Image Editing Tools)
