We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Bratislava. The role would suit a proactive individual with strategic thinking combined with a dash of creativity. Someone who will act as a business partner taking ownership of marketing strategies as well as work on their execution.

As Marketing Manager with us you will:

• Own the strategic marketing planning process
• Identify marketing objectives to build and sustain brand consistency
• Propose and implement different marketing campaigns and tactics (mostly in B2B)
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to generate sales leads and help with employer branding strategies
• Cover content plan for digital presence such as social media (mainly Linkedin) and other communication channels
• Work with designer to create purposeful merchandise
• Generate marketing reports and analysis

• Have at least 4 years of experience in marketing ( ideally also experience from agency environment)
• Have experience in creating content plans
• Have understanding of building brand and creating brand awareness
• Have the ability to to independently manage marketing projects from concept to execution
• Have great communication skills in order to build strong internal relationships with stakeholders
• Have understanding of the professional network within a community in order to build professional relationships & referrals
• Be a creative mind with analytical thinking
