Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Product Manager to support our sales team in promoting and selling ManageEngine products. This role will involve providing technical support, conducting product presentations, and assisting with Proof of Concept demonstrations, as well as actively promoting our products and services through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Provide assistance to the sales team by answering product usage and configuration queries and supporting customers during the system evaluation process.
• Product Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative product presentations and trainings for potential clients.
• Proof of Concept Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective customers.
• Documentation: Prepare solution documentation, including technical specifications and user manuals, to support customer understanding and implementation.
• Promotional Activities: Actively promote MWT Solutions' products and services through social media, webinars, presentations, and conferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align product messaging and strategies with customer needs.
• Market Awareness: Analyse business and technical requirements to identify key solutions that address customer needs and enhance product offerings.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support of software products, or as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into specific technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Native Czech or Slovak speaker, with fluent English communication skills; Polish is a plus.
• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, or JavaScript for task automation and enhancing system efficiency.
• A valid driving license (category B) for potential travel requirements.
