💚Your role
As a Performer Mailing Specialist you’ll manage event mailings that help performers reach their fans, support ticket sales, and boost event visibility. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of campaigns, improve processes, and create communication that turns interest into attendance.
We are looking for a data-driven, performance-oriented and highly analytical Performance & Mailing Specialist who will take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels and email marketing performance for Ticketportal and GoOut.
This is a key role directly responsible for traffic growth, ticket sales and revenue performance. You will work closely with our Head of Marketing and Social Media & Content Specialist in a small, agile, in-house marketing team.
We do not cooperate with agencies — you will manage strategy, execution and optimization of all performance and mailing activities internally.

🎯What you’ll do:
👉 Develop and execute data-driven PPC strategies to drive ticket sales, increase event visibility, and meet KPIs.
Performance Marketing
👉 Full ownership of paid digital channels: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & Other performance channels as relevant
👉 Campaign planning, setup, optimization and scaling
👉 Budget management and performance forecasting
👉 Continuous A/B testing of: creatives & audiences & formats & landing pages
👉 Close collaboration with content team on creative concepts
Email Marketing & CRM
👉 Ownership of email marketing strategy for both brands
👉 Planning and execution of: promotional campaigns & newsletters & automated scenarios & segmentation strategies
👉 Development of: customer journeys & lifecycle campaigns & upsell & cross-sell communication
👉 Optimization of: open rate & CTR & conversion rate & unsubscribe rate
Data, Reporting & Optimization
👉 Daily performance monitoring and optimization
👉 Advanced reporting and insights: ROAS & CPA & conversion rates & revenue attribution
👉 Ownership of dashboards and reporting frameworks
👉 Identifying growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks
What we’re looking for:
👉 Advanced knowledge of PPC best practices and emerging trends.
👉 Extensive experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Sklik, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
👉 Proficient in different types of campaigns (search, display, traffic, conversion), campaign objectives, and targeting strategies.
👉 Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; ability to interpret complex performance data, report results to stakeholders, and make strategic decisions.
👉 Understanding of conversion tracking across platforms and the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues.
👉 Advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and keyword research platforms; capable of evaluating long-term campaigns with different objectives and ad sets.
👉 Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
👉 Project management experience with willingness to develop leadership skills.
👉 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
