The key part of this role is focussed on identifying insights so our clients can make smarter decisions. But you will also support in helping build the overall business.

It starts with managing, maintaining and updating the Searchabull database. This is the engine that drives our analysis and all the reporting.

You'll then be involved in building reports and trackers for clients, making sure they are accurate and insightful.

You will become an expert in each category we work in. You will know the brands, understand the structure and trends so you can build amazing reports. FInally you will support in reaching potential clients.

The role is flexible so you could be working on new business, CRM, website or marketing – anything to help us do more, and better work for our clients. There is an opportunity to move into new roles in the near future as the business continues to grow.

Our goal is that each team member gains experience across the the business and can take on more and more responsibility.

We are looking for someone to drive our insights capabilities to a new level.

You will have a start-up mentality meaning you are open and flexible to new things and doing things out of your comfort zone. You won't be locked into one thing you will be asked to work on all parts of the business.

Ideally you have experience in consumer or market insights for at least 2 years. You have spent time turning data into reports and be comfortable telling 'stories' that bring the report to life.

We are also looking for University Grads to start after the academic year so if you have big ambitions and want to apply then fell free to send in your CV.
