This is not a coordination role. You'll own where the product goes, how it's shaped, and whether anyone can understand it. You report directly to our CEO and work as a peer to our Engineering Manager.

You will use AI tools daily to research, prototype, prioritise, analyse and communicate - speed and judgment both matter. If you want a role where you can visibly reshape a mature product used by thousands of people across Europe, this is it.

Your role 🚀

• Lead discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder calls, and in-person workflow analysis with the CX managers and admins who use Staffino daily
• Work with data to define success metrics, build dashboards, and understand how the product is actually used - querying it yourself, not waiting for a report
• Shape where we invest: what we build on, what we rework, what we simplify - and make a complex product feel simpler without stripping out capability
• Own the roadmap, prioritisation, and initiatives end to end, from framing the problem to the post-launch learnings
• Prototype quickly with AI-assisted tools to test directions before they cost engineering time
• Write our end-user documentation and run product communications: release notes, changelogs, client updates, webinars with marketing
• Keep support, CS and marketing ahead of what we ship
• Act as a trusted product owner for Staffino - internally, and in front of our enterprise clients

• 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS with enterprise clients
• Comfortable with multi-tenant architecture, APIs, SSO concepts and feature flags
• At home in product analytics - instrumentation, funnels, retention, session replay - and clear-eyed about which metrics actually mean something in B2B
• A daily user of AI tools for research, prototyping, analysis and writing, and someone who checks the output rather than trusting it
• Comfortable making hard scope calls - you've simplified a product, not only extended one
• Pragmatic about tooling: you'd rather adopt something that already works than build a worse version of it in-house
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong instinct for good UX, with a pragmatic bias toward what works over what looks finished
• Comfortable bringing structure to an ambiguous situation, and comfortable telling a large client no
• Strong judgment and ownership - you'll be trusted like a founder, and expected to act like one
