About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can turn our research and expertise into marketing that people want to engage with. You will work closely with marketing specialists across content, events and digital marketing, as well as our Sales and Research teams. This is a collaborative role where you will contribute ideas, share expertise and help deliver larger marketing initiatives.

As we grow, we are looking for someone who is excited to explore new social media and content formats, from new ways of presenting research insights to video, webinars, podcasts, short-form content and other emerging channels. We want someone who enjoys bringing ideas to the table, testing new approaches and finding better ways to engage our audiences.

This role combines planning and organization with creativity and ownership. You should enjoy thinking ahead, staying organized and getting things done, while also having the freedom to shape and develop new ideas.

What you will do

• Work with Sales and Research teams to turn insights, data and key messages into valuable B2B content
• Plan and manage content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Set up and manage email campaigns using tools such as HubSpot
• Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve future activities
• Develop new social media and content formats to engage audiences
• Support video, webinar, podcast and other digital content initiatives
• Support the marketing planning and delivery of events, including selected international travel
• Coordinate with graphic designers on event materials, brochures, social media assets and other marketing collateral
• Plan, manage and report on paid and organic social media campaigns
• Prepare marketing reports and dashboards covering campaign results, audience engagement and content performance
• Think ahead, identify opportunities and test new approaches to increase BONARD's reach and visibility

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in campaign marketing, preferably B2B
• Experience managing and reporting on social media campaigns
• Experience with CMS, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar marketing tools
• Confidence working with marketing analytics and turning data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
• Interest in social media trends, digital marketing and emerging content formats
• Strong writing skills
• C1-level English
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and coming to the office regularly
• Willingness to travel internationally for selected events
