What will you be working on?

• Strategy and planning of marketing/remarketing campaigns, setting budgets, and creating KPIs for individual campaigns + regular monitoring of campaign performance and optimization
• Setting up and daily management of running campaigns based on relevant indicators
• Creation and regular management of audiences targeted by campaigns
• Searching for and implementing relevant keywords
• Setting up events and metrics in GA4, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Creation of monthly and quarterly reports, as well as ad-hoc reports for specific campaigns or target audiences

What experience and skills should you have?

• At least 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing
• Tool Proficiency: Google Tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, etc.), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager - advanced/expert
• ZoomSphere Tool - advantageous
• Language Skills: Slovak language – expert | English language - advanced
• Ability to work in a team - being a team player
• Flexibility to adapt to requirements, sometimes ad hoc
• Striving for continuous improvement - having personal work ambitions
• Knowledge of trends and constant monitoring of them
• Communicative
