As a fast-growing legal-tech company, our goal is to satisfy clients and offer them a stellar user experience. seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations, performing a range of administrative tasks to ensure our daily activities run smoothly.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing and sorting electronic correspondence, distributing electronic correspondence to colleagues, uploading correspondence and relevant documents to the internal task management tool, sending documents to clients via the internal system or email, and communicating with clients and offices via phone and email.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as detail-oriented. While it is preferred that the candidate is a law student, this is not a requirement.
