Náplň práce

Within Vacuum Group we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneur-minded Business Development Manager, who will take care of the new business within our emerging startup Verdikto from the legal advisory field of business. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for extraordinary challenges, and likes to develop new business from the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving growth of the B2B, profitability and company value and execution of the plan
  • Acquisition of new business opportunities across the B2B sector by providing high-value offers in the field of employee benefits
  • Maintaining a very good relationship with the HR or CxO stakeholders across all industries (the maintaining of existing relationships and customers is done by another team)
  • Aligning resources to achieve key business goals
  • Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the offering structures, market strategy and objectives
  • Reporting updates to the CEO and group stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals
  • Building strategic partnerships and relationships within the Vacuum Group to drive common growth of business


  • +5 years of experience leading and scaling business within a high growth start-up, preferably a company which provided services or products within the Employee Benefits Scheme
  • P&L responsibilities experience at Business Owner or another senior level position
  • Proven track record of building successful pipelines and executing them
  • Experience in managing stakeholders, relationship management, you have a “Hunter” profile
  • Some existing relationships within the HR or Executive circle of companies in Czech republic or Slovakia
  • Eagerness to learn some new fields of business, develop and execute a high performance sales


  • Basic payment structure is set to 70.000 CZK fix monthly as a contractor
  • Bonuses depending on business results (% of revenue within closed deals without upper limitations)
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses when meeting customers (car, taxi, public transport)
