We are looking for a senior graphic designer to create and manage Webglobe design projects and marketing collateral (website, ads, product concepts, etc.). You will be responsible for managing all design tasks from concept to delivery, driving and inspiring other designers, generating creative ideas, and ultimately translating our marketing vision and propositions into successful and beautiful designs. Key Responsibilities
• Planning and executing all stages of our design projects
• Liaise with the marketing team and other designers
• Generate creative ideas and innovative / effective designs
• Design consumer-facing digital creative (from site to ads)
• Increase the user-friendliness and intuitiveness of our digital presentation
• Ensuring brand consistency and across all projects and media
• Boost the quality and effectiveness of our product / lifestyle photography
• Keep up-to-date with creative trends and proactively recommend ideas

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a digital Graphic Designer
• High expertise in Figma
• Extensive knowledge of design software, techniques, and latest trends
• Understanding of UX / UI design
• The ability to translate vision into reality, with a keen eye for details
• Ability to innovate and push the envelope with successful commercial creative
• Well-developed organizational skills and respect for deadlines
• Experience in IT, e-commerce or web design a plus
• Experience with video production / editing helpful but not required
• Fluent English proficiency (with Slovak or Czech a plus)
