At Seasy, we are innovating the sailing industry by creating an online marketplace for sailors and marinas. Seasy platform allows sailors to easily find and book a berth online, from the comfort of their yacht.

Job description

  • As a HR Manager your main role will be close cooperation with each and every department here at Seasy, understanding the business model, and supporting all team leaders in their guidance of employees.
  • Defining the HR management strategy, processes, and maintaining employee documentation.
  • Taking care of the complete employee lifecycle, starting from initial recruitment, onboarding and development, all the way to ensuring the satisfaction and commitment of the employee.
  • Managing all recruitment activities and processes, including job posting, talent scouting, screening of applicants, arranging interviews, attending conferences, networking and net building.
  • Employee happiness management (organizing events, trips, parties, and keeping up the hype 📈).
  • Working with online recruitment tools and websites (Linkedin, Profesia, Pretlak, AngelList).
  • Taking part in financial planning discussions to determine proper recruitment budgets.
  • Constantly expanding your horizons and monitoring the market trends.
  • Upkeeping a healthy and friendly working environment.

Requirements

  • Energic, communicative, social and optimistic behavior, with the ability to handle any situation.
  • Analytical thinking with a sense for methodology.
  • Sincerely interested in other people and their problems.
  • Mental resilience, as we are a startup, and not a corporation.
  • Practical experience with HR management, and a clear idea of what the HR role entails.
  • At least a year of experience at a similar role managing HR systems and processes.
  • Advanced usage of social networks for HR marketing and recruitment.
  • Overview of labor law and labor code.
  • Deeper experience with MS office programs
  • Desire to taste the pace and environment of a startup.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • German language is considered a huge benefit.
