Job description

ZenBooking is your one-stop hub for retreat enthusiasts, retreat leaders, and venue owners. We simplify retreat discovery and booking for attendees 🧘‍♂️ while providing organisers with a platform to market their retreats. Simultaneously, we offer a comprehensive marketplace for retreat venues, ensuring retreat and event leaders can easily find and book their ideal locations.

We're on the hunt for a dynamic professional with a flair for sales and customer support. If you're a driven individual ready to oversee our client pipeline, assist with listing creations, and ensure listings are ready for publication, we want you 🤩! Expect daily interactions with retreat organizers and venue hosts through email or phone. Your role will also involve proactively scouting for new platform partners, prioritizing venues and then retreats. Armed with a wealth of leads from our existing pipeline, you'll take charge of business development and the acquisition of new clients. Join us in expanding our community and driving our platform forward.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organised.
  • Proficient in English, capable of creating engaging listings and participating in meaningful conversations.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with exceptional work ethics and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Technologically savvy, able to easily manage our admin zone and CRM, and meet client needs efficiently.
  • Strong sales abilities and a proactive approach to acquiring new clients.
  • Comfortable and productive working remotely.
  • Experience in the retreat and travel industry is advantageous, along with the ability to understand and engage with the global retreat market.
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish, French or Italian is an advantage.
