B2C SaaS Home Energy Management platform serving Slovak households with consumption insights, appliance disaggregation, and predictive analytics. Built in technology partnership with Bidgely (US AI-powered energy analytics).

• Rescued the platform from discontinuation through customer discovery and build-vs-buy analysis, then built a 3-year Now-Next-Later roadmap weighing customer research, regulatory outlook and the pace of new technology reaching households.

2. MediOps (mediops.eu)

B2B multi-tenant practice management SaaS for GP clinics.

MediOps replaces spreadsheets and paper notes as the operational system of record for an entire healthcare practice - patient lifecycle, HR/payroll, finance, growth analytics and AI-assisted clinical workflows in one place. Every requirement is grounded in running the clinic itself, not in interviewing someone who does.

• Architected and shipped solo, end to end - domain model, architecture, UX, implementation, deployment and operations - built primarily with Claude Code.
• Engineered a real-time preventive-care eligibility engine computing patient status across seven states from insurance-cycle rules.
• Enforced a GDPR-driven PII boundary on the AI layer at two independent code layers - clinical data never leaves self-hosted inference, only non-sensitive data reaches the Claude API - behind an agentic assistant querying live data through whitelisted tool functions.
• Designed a secure multi-tenant backend architecture: invite-code-gated registration (SSO + 2FA), PostgreSQL row-level security, org-scoped RBAC.

3. Pureinn - AI Product Development Framework (pureinn.eu)

Role: Founder

Six years of end-to-end product development methodology, packaged as a Claude Code plugin.

• Engineered the framework as a durable system of context, tools and rules: 50+ specialist skills across three structured playbooks (Greenfield, Feature Implementation, Rebuild), with opt-in autonomous subagent execution, extended via MCP servers.
• Designed a single just-in-time interrogation pass where criticality signals (KANO class, money/PII exposure, state-transition count) set discovery depth, security-specialist routing and test strategy - collapsing the path from idea to a buildable, well-specified product.
• Built verification into the pipeline itself: build and review agents routed conditionally by security and test dimension, with a coverage check reconciling what should have run against what did.
• Engineered a three-repo release pipeline (framework, CLI, docs site) with synced semantic versioning and automated deployment.

4. Pureinn RAG Chat (chat.pureinn.eu)

Role: Founder, Full-Stack Product Builder

RAG conversational product for the Pureinn framework, with a real-time operations console built on top.

• Engineered a hybrid retrieval engine: semantic search (pgvector, HNSW) fused with PostgreSQL full-text search via Reciprocal Rank Fusion.
• Designed a two-tier automated evaluation harness (retrieval accuracy, then LLM-as-judge) as a data-backed launch gate, clearing a 90% retrieval-accuracy target on first real measurement.
• Built a real-time console for live pipeline monitoring - ingestion health, GitHub-based CI/CD and content-sync status, evaluation history - with access design driven by blast radius rather than convenience.
